Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged products unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
